The school believes that positive reinforcement is the best approach to behaviour management and aims to be fair and consistent in its use of rewards and sanctions.
The ultimate sanction for the school is the use of fixed term and permanent exclusions. In this school these are very rarely needed. We work with external agencies to try and ensure that the correct and appropriate support is in place to sustain children in school wherever possible.
