Complaints Procedure

We want to make every child's experience at The Pastures successful and enjoyable. However, we accept that sometimes we may get things wrong. Please speak to your child's class teacher initially to try and resolve any difficulties with them. If you feel that your concerns have not been addressed or that they are whole school rather than just your child please speak to Mrs Mannion. In an emergency if she is not available then Mrs Cecchini our Deputy Head will do her best to help.


If you still feel that we have not addressed your concerns then please follow our formal complaints procedure which can be found below.


Please note that anonymous complaints cannot be addressed and will not be considered or discussed by Governors.
